When you call for an appointment with ALL Heart Mobile Veterinary Services, we will give you a one hour arrival window. This allows for travel time between appointments. Surgical and dentistry appointments will only be scheduled during the morning hours otherwise morning, afternoon, and weekend appointments are available. If for some reason we are unable to make the arrival window, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternative time options that will work with your schedule and your pet’s needs. We are happy to schedule multiple animals, just let us know so we can allow enough time to take care of everyone.

Once we arrive a technician and/or Doctor will come to your door to announce our arrival. Based on the nature of the visit and what you and your pet are comfortable with, we can perform the examination, collect samples, etc. in your home, in our mobile clinic or even in a secure space outside if weather permits. All of ALL Heart’s staff have been through specific training so that we can treat your pet with as little fear, anxiety and discomfort as possible. It is extremely important to us that you and your pet have a positive experience. Sedation is offered and sometimes recommended if your pet is extremely fearful, painful, or aggressive. Estimates will be provided as needed or requested as the appointment proceeds. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered.
