We value our patients and clients, and we appreciate the role we get to play in your pet’s health care. As our way of saying thank you, check this page for different specials that will help you save on services and products.
Dentistry
Because the severity of dental disease varies so widely between pets, we recommend an examination by our doctor before scheduling a dental procedure. This will allow us to give you a comprehensive estimate based on your pet’s level of disease and allow us to schedule the appropriate amount of time for your pet’s procedure.
Surgery
We are proud to have state of the art surgical capabilities. Our surgical team is highly trained and experienced, and are able to provide the highest standard of medical care for your pet. Our surgical suite is equipped with cutting edge technology, and we provide a broad range of surgical procedures.
Imaging
X-rays allow us to create images of all the body’s organs. In other words, the use of radiology gives us a view of the internal organs in your pet’s body that we otherwise could not see. It’s a valuable diagnostic tool that helps veterinarians detect and prevent illnesses.
Spay and Neuter
When you spay and neuter your pets, you give them a better chance at a happy life! They often live longer because they are less likely to run away, get in fights, or get hit by cars. They are less likely to get certain types of cancers. Females are less likely to get pyometras and other deadly diseases. Males are less likely to spray and have other behavioral problems!
Microchipping
Every year thousands of pets disappear from their homes. Most owners are devastated when they are unable to find their beloved pets. It is a terrible feeling when you can’t find your pets. Unfortunately, it happens more often than it should.
Vaccinations
We believe that one of the most important aspects of caring for your pet’s health is vaccinating him or her against possible diseases. There are a variety of diseases which affect our pets, and other animals, so proper vaccination is vital to protecting them from many types of illnesses.
Wellness Exams
These wellness exams give us a chance to evaluate the overall health of your pet while also giving us a baseline for their unique bodies and tendencies. Not only do these exams keep us up-to-date with your pet’s health, but they also allow us to detect potential problems before they become serious. This thorough checkup gives us vital information to help keep your pet healthy!
Nutritional Counseling
Nutrition is so important for pets throughout their lives. As animals age, their nutritional needs change. There are puppy, adult, and senior diets to accommodate pet’s changing needs. Then there are also diets made to help pets with certain diseases and conditions. It is important to discuss your pet’s diets with our staff every time you visit our hospital.
Behavior Management
Pets with behavioral problems can often pose a frustrating challenge for pet owners. However, through behavioral consultations we can correct unwanted behaviors and enrich both your life and your pet’s life.
Flea & Tick Control
Fleass and ticks can be horrible. Not only do they infest your pets, but also they live in many dark spaces in your home. Fortunately for us, we offer a prevention (or preventative choices) for fleas and ticks. We recommend giving them all year round because fleas and ticks can cause problems no matter what time of year it is, especially in Texas.
Heartworms and Parasites
Heartworms can live in a dog’s heart for the worms’ entire lives. However, they do not make a dog sick until they are a full-grown adult, since they can grow up to twelve inches long. As adult worms, they live predominantly on the right side of the heart, causing heart failure and lung disease.
Hospice and End of Life
Saying goodbye to your pet can be extremely difficult. The process can be emotionally and mentally draining. We don’t want you to be alone at the end stages of a pets’ life, and we promise to do everything we can to make it easier on you and your pet. Most of all, we promise to treat each case with compassionate and understanding care.
